Get to know the artist

Hi there, I'm Kristen, the brains behind Kristen's Kreations Custom Shoes, and who knows what else might be on the horizon! But before we dive into the business side of things, let me give you a glimpse into the person behind the shoes. Born and raised in Salem, Oregon, where I grew up immersed in the world of softball. That passion stayed with me, leading me to fulfill my dream of playing in college. After earning my master's degree, I made the leap to Phoenix, Arizona in 2014 to kickstart my teaching career.

Now, when it comes to keeping busy, my friends often refer to me as a busy bee—and for good reason! Alongside my teaching gig, I also lend my expertise as a math tutor for kids. But wait, there's more! I've ventured into the world of small business’s as well, which propelled me into the custom world!

In my downtime I LOVE to travel, do DIY projects (building, woodworking, & painting), hiking, working out, and binge watching TV shows. I'm always up for trying new things and finding new passions to dive into!

Kristen's Kreations K^2 (thanks to my math teacher roots) all started with a simple desire for a new pair of teacher shoes to kick off the July 2023 school year in style. After countless YoutTube videos, my creative background, and some determination, I dove into researching techniques and ideas for my first pair of Custom Air Force Ones! Since then, I have turned this hobby into something more! And I’m excited to see where it goes!
